Ibanez SW35 vs Ampeg BA110
 

Hi I am a beginner and am loking for a practice amp and my choices are the
Ibanez SW35 and the
Ampeg BA110.

Which would be the better one.

I can't speak for the Ibanez but I have the ba115 ampeg and I love it. I'm sure the 10 is just as good of an amp. Good tone for a small amp. Very reliable.

BA110 for sure. Got one...love it.

Owned a BA110 for 10 years now. No brainer...

Got a BA110 and it's well worth it.

Go with the Ampeg. I have an older Ibanez that SW35 that I haven't touched in two years. In my opinion it was not worth the money that I paid for it. The Ampeg sounds much better.

Before you dispute someone's claim, perhaps you should do a little research; I remember seeing and playing through the BA110 at least 10 years ago.

Ya, I believe the littler BA amps are reissues after they were discontinued for a time, though I'm not entirely sure about timelines.

The BA110 is definitely reissued. Don't remember seeing a BA108 before now.

There were American made BA110 amps looong before that date. I was lucky enough to snag one of the last before they went offshore. Oh I get it...I missed the wink.
