IEM Newbie advice

Does this belong down in the Live Sound forum? Not sure...

I'm going to be using IEM's in a band I play in an a regular basis. And I know nothing about IEM's!

Questions:
--What brand/model of IEM are you using?
--What should I "look for" in an IEM?
--Are you IEM users still using an on-stage rig?

Never mind.

Not sure how I messed up my first search down in Live Sound (prolly typed in "IEN" or something similar) but there's more than enough info down there.
