I'm a MORON, Eden Navigator content, compare vs Streamliner & Shuttlemax

I'm such a bonehead, I've had the Eden Navigator for almost 10 years now & just figured out today the Semi-Parametric EQ does. Honestly, what the deuce? I always thought it was voicing of the mids only

So the lows, mids & treble all have their own parametric controls on top of having bass & treble.

What a freaking amp! Its doing every sort of tone possible now. I can't believe I never used this in 10 years!

I recently sold my Shuttlemax 12.0 that I had for a few months & loved, what a clean amp and very close to the Eden, maybe the Eden has a touch more warmth & I consider it the inbetween vs the Streamliner

The Streamliner is super warm in the upper mids which neither the Eden or Shuttlemax can do... the Eden can come closer. It is difficult to dial out with the Streamliner if you're concerned about being muddy in the mix but with some extreme settings can be an okay hi-fi amp.

All 3 are great amps but now that I have the Eden EQ down 10 years later it really is so underrated around here now with all the micros. Check one out if you get a chance guys.

Ya, sweepable tone controls....a godsend on any amp. Even better on mixers especially if you've got one dude with a strong but a bit nasally voice in the middle and upper registers (me), one that's soft spoken and one that's woofy. On bass you can sound good anywhere from really boomy rooms to ones that suck the life out of everything.

+1 The Eden Nav is the best sounding all in one package I have found so far... coupled with the Crown XLS 1500 its a go anywhere do anything combination

I've always liked the Eden Navi. I've been looking for one for the right price for quite some time now. I don't need it at all, but I want it!

Here is hoping that you also don't think the enhance control is off at noon

I would have kept the Shuttle Max myself. It would have gotten you to the same place in about a third of the size and weight.

says the guys with the Genz Benz avatar... jokes, if anyone would know it would be you K

The size of the Nav is a bit of a pain, and it weighs roughly the same as my Crown XLS 1500... that said, my Fender TBP-1 weighs even more than the poweramp!

The enhance stays at 0 for me. Thats why I'm such a fool, i've fiddled with this amp hundreds of times!

Why didn't I sell the Shuttlemax vs the Eden? I need a poweramp for DJing & Eden Navs aren't selling at all used, VERY underrated right now. Plus I have it all racked up with a wireless, tuner.

I'd say they are pretty much on par with each other. Love the LEDs, compressor & footswitch mute on the Eden Nav better than the Shuttlemax but both are great
