I'm pretty sure UPS lost my shuttle 9.0

Hey guys... So I'm pretty sure UPS lost the genz benz shuttle 9.0. It was scheduled to arrive Friday (so it said by my tracking number). I was out of town that day, but my roommate was here until 3:30 or so. No one ever arrived and a there were no notes left saying they tried to deliver. I called UPS and the lady actually said it may be lost. I explained how the website said delivery was rescheduled to today and she said it was probably just the website trying to correct itself. So... now what? File a complaint? How long does it usually take to resolve things like this?

I have actually had decent results with UPS finding there lost packages.
I would call and check for the next couple of days before giving up all hope.

Crisis has been solved! It came in at around 4 today. Only 4 days late! But the shuttle 9.0 is awesome!

Nice! FWIW, UPS usually shows up between 5 and 6 pm here. They do all their business deliveries first.

I'm absolute last on UPS' stops. That's usually around 7:30-8:00pm for me. Glad to hear that you got your amp in.

FWIW, I used to work for UPS, and I can tell you that the claims department is the most annoyingly bureaucratic bunch of ******** you'd ever have to deal with. It's certainly excellent news that you didn't have to go that route.
