input on my GK1001rb needs repair

Does anyone know how to open these with the input jacks that are enclosed? i think the thing inside that makes it stay is loose. I emailed GK several time's they wouldn't get back to me i miss my heads eq and want it fixed ASAP thanks

If indeed you have emailed GK several times, have you ever considered picking up the telephone and giving them a call? Try it. Ask them for the the service center nearest you. Do you have a relationship with a tech person in your area?

SMALL TOWN NO gk AUTHORIZED

I don't know any in my area closest is 160 miles away,just trying to do the fix it myself thing. the input is sloppy now wasn't before don't know why so i'm losing my signal and now it's completely gone.i know i is a 2x10 combo built in amp just thought someone might know a little about it thanks
