Anyone here familiar with this cab? Have you used/heard it?

Tom Bowlus reviewed a couple of their active cabs. AFAIK he's the only one.

Too expensive and heavy for the average Joe. Check out a fEarful or fEarB from Greenboy and a high power amp head or PA poweramp. Or if you want powered cabs, look at active PA mains and subs with a preamp of choice.
