I caught the Air Force Band (from Travis AFB) at NAMM at the Hilton. Very funky. Very funky. Very good.
Introduced myself. They said to say, "Hi." |

Of course, the sound varies quite a bit from cab to cab, so it may depend on which models you have heard. |

I will definitely be ordering one of these from you, Jule. |

We A/Bd every cab they made at the time (mostly HTs) with every Epifani cab they had at the time and the Epis won hands down. Obviously the NV cabs were incredible but I just never felt that "thing" that berg lovers feel with the smaller cabs, especially the 12s. I just couldn't get any lows out of them!

I was very glad to hear the Monique and especially to meet Jule! |

Great overtones and complexity in the tone. Also my first youtube video, still have to figure some things out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MBr58hwzCQQ |

Thanks for the compliments, here's a very quick demo just to show one of the things i love most about the monique. When I play her through my bergs, and start turning some knobs, i get an awesome chewy, growly, grunting low end, the envelope of the note really changes when you start changing eq and sensitivity, just awesome.

Sorry for my naivety....just breaking into the whole DAW thing myself, adding video totally foreign. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
