I feel I need to share a pic of the rig that's putting a smile on my face every day!
What I'm using is Monique into the effect return of the GK 2001RB into two GK Neo 212's. The MB800 is a spare power amp just in case. I also have the Warwick Hellborg preamp in there because I wanted to A/B it with Mon, but frankly, even after four days of shows, I have yet to turn it on. It's a great preamp, by all means, but for my personal tastes Monique is unbeatable!
I really couldn't be happier with my sound right now!

Wait 'till you get her figured out.
Thank you very much. |

Thanks for the compliments, here's a very quick demo just to show one of the things i love most about the monique. When I play her through my bergs, and start turning some knobs, i get an awesome chewy, growly, grunting low end, the envelope of the note really changes when you start changing eq and sensitivity, just awesome. | Wow again! Thank you for this. Now I need to hear more. |

| | | Wow. Where have I been? I started researching this preamp out of curiosity being that my girlfriend's name is Monique. Now I'm completely intrigued! I think I'm pulling the trigger. This piece of gear should make her happy. I'll be reminded of her at every gig. Scoring points on both ends! How cool is that? |

| | | | Hey all, what is the weight of the wood Monique? And is there a padded gig bag for it?
Thanks!

Thanks! | Boxed and ready to ship, Bamboo Monique is 16 pounds.
Others will hopefully pipe in as to the gig bag. There are some good ones out there. Also, Linda at Studioslips.com has one available. |

I think you'll be very happy with both Moniques. Well, I know you will with one, at least! |

It will happen soon. James is talking about shipping Feb 15 to folks who have already placed orders for the Minnie. |

All the new ones will be like this. Another good customer idea. |
