Fresh out of the box and the bottom right speaker is buzzing. How lenient should I expect Avatar's customer service to be as far as replacement goes? Still no reply from them.
I'm sick of my amplification nightmare. |

I'm sick of my amplification nightmare. | No reply? Really? Dave is always available and usually answers the phone himself? You did call, right? |

Dave goes as far as to sell his speakers to existing cab owners at low costs who might have problems. I've never had any problem with their customer service.
Just keep in mind... they're a SMALL company and may only check email or such once a day. |

Not if if the cab was received that way. It's probably just a bad speaker and he usually ships out a replacement quickly. Trust me, Avatar/Dave is tops in customer service! |

They sometimes are too long and vibrate against the cone. Put alittle bend in it and the buzz will go away. I had the same exact problem. Actually, Dave shipped me another 10" speaker before we figured out the buzz so, be patient, Dave provides great service. There is no need to ship the cab anywhere. |

| Dave, or anybody in business, deserves a reasonable chance to make a problem right.

| | | | When I got my B210 delta about 6-7 years ago, the grill was dented by ups in shipping. It was merely cosmetic, but Dave sent me a new grill anyway. I've since owned 3 other avatar cabs. Actually its the only bass cab brand I've ever owned / rocked. |

They have excellent customer service.
