Just Ordered a New MoMark

I is pretty excited with my new toy. I`ve ordered the 800 w amp frame with the S1M-HE Preamp, the EQ4 ( keeping it simple ) I use an EQ to shape my sound. And my master Mod will be the MVVL. I realy like the idea of having a choice of Modulars. My sound man still wonders aloud about whether the front port is better than the rear port in my 4X10 cab it`s still up for debate. Currently trying out the rear port cab, May like the front port because of possibly better stage projection. I do love the punch and tone this amp has for my Jazz Bass. All the reviews and specs got me real interested so all I needed was a band situation to hear how she`ll carry and she won hands down. This I think may the last amp of club size I`ll have to buy.

Congrats, Dave. I almost got a MoMark, but just ordered a new LMIII instead. It's all I really need. Speaking of ports, I actually like the sound of front ones best, but the cabs are bigger and heavier. My Markbass cabs (121H and 151P) are very low-sounding on the E-string, but I can eq them to get where I wanna be. Compared my 151P to my old Trace Elliot front-ported and liked the Trace sound better in some ways, mainly due to it seeming like the sound was all right there in front. But, then the Markbass cabs sound great, too, just in different ways. I think it all might be just me being used to front ports for so many years.
