It is an "open box" "New" "Not, Refurbished" unit. I won it for $579. Super Rated seller. Good deal right? |

| | | | Yes, it is a good deal. I got mine used, but in great condition for $400, so you got a great deal IMHO. Read the instructions to help get your sound.

| | | | Great score dude!
I bought my WT300 on the 'bay for like 350 bucks.
For being what I revere as a solid head, I'm surprised the resale tag isn't more. Like I said, awesome amps, especially if you score an older US made model.

| | | | $579 sounds a little high to be honest.. I don't know if "won it" would be the appropriate term here....more like 'bought it' |

Thanks - now off to search for the D210XLT and XST to round off the rig. | eh, check out some other cabs first. I think their best cabs were the original 410t, the 210t, and the 210xlt. I had a 210xlt for a long time as well as an original 1987 "swr" 410t. the 210xlt was cool, but cabs like epifani and bergantino made it sound as if it had a blanket on it. compared to the epifani 212 it was no contest in clarity and lows.
as far as the head is concerned, i still miss my wt-400. i sold it as i needed the cash and i needed some more volume with some bands. had it been 2 ohms stable (as the 550 is), i would have kept it. I have used a pal's 550 with all 4 of my bag end cabs and been quite happy. IMO, despite being a cab company 1st, the flagship product from eden was the preamp in the wt series. |

The PS210 has been said to be a great buy, if you can check it out I think you'll be happy with what you hear, and feel!!

MidH = flat
Treble = 1 Click Right from flat
Para = all flat
Compression engaged
No Pad
Horn on cab = 9 o'clock
HOLY CRAP! HOLY CRAP! HOLY CRAP!!!!!! |

With the band you could start with everything flat and enhance off, then play with the eq from there. I was never a big enhance fan, and I never ran mine past 9 o'clock. The eq's on the Eden amps always seemed pretty powerful to me, so a little can go a long way. Have fun rockin' that thing. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
