Kudos to GK

So my Mb500 broke, which sucks, and Field Services did chill out with it for 3 weeks, but the initial report from GK was "4-6 weeks to get the power section part."

Spoke with Field services and they said GK called back shortly after informing them of the 4-6 weeks and said they would find one asap, and sure enough a couple days later my amp is done.

Here's hoping it lasts - the entire ICE power section bit it I guess. But long story short, kudos to GK for putting a rush on it. I realize things break and appreciate them going the extra mile on that front.

I'm happy to hear that you got your repaired amp back so quickly. Great customer service is a beautiful thing. So many companies of all kinds have forgotten this for years now and have lost business. I will not buy any computer product made by MSI (one of the largest OEMs out there BTW) specifically because of lousy CS I received from them.

Great to hear a success story.

I am still fresh with my MBF500. No issues as of yet.
