Labeling an Amplifier Faceplate

Sign in to disble this ad
What is the best way to create professional-looking labels for an amplifier?

I'm planning to tackle three projects:
- New labels for a new, completely blank pre-amp pedal;
- Adding supplementary labels to an existing amplifier without disturbing existing markings;
- Completely re-labeling an amp faceplate that will soon be a blank slate.

I've thought about engraving, laser engraving, and printing transparent labels large enough to cover the entire amplifier faceplate. I don't want anything that looks amateurish of homemade.

All ideas appreciated.

Thanks!

Silkscreening would be the way to go if you want it to look like a commercial amp.

Take a look at BNP lasers, amplates, or front panel express.
