the HCM lasted me the first 4 years of my playing, and the BC50 2 years, then got rid of them both to pay towards an ashdown EB-180

| | | | Still have 2 Laney 4x10s from '94 and the Laney 2x150w stereo head (G300?) from then too. The head gave up, preamp is no more, but the power amp section, which is actually HH kit, still goes.
The cabs are at best OK IMHO esp compared to the new stuff around today, but I must have done hundreds of gigs with them and they never once let me down, so full marks for reliability! |

Laney is cheap and decent quality imo. their tube guitar amps are very good value for money. |
