Laney RB8 Bass Combo 300watts

I have bought a Laney RB8 bass combo last week.

I Sold my Ashdown Mag 300 and went for Laney.although the Mag never let me down at gigs(small to medium)with a loud drummer and guitarist I found the Mag was just on it's limits without pushing it to Max I wanted a loud combo with headroom.
I used the RB8 last night at a gig and it sounds amazing..great eq and additional horn.The guitarist commented on how nice the bass sound was.I love the range of sounds I can get from the Laney(Soul to Rock and Funk).
Anyone doubting the Laney amps should have a look and try one.I looked at the new Peavey,and Fender Rumble but not shop one has them yet.For me the Laney 'cuts the mustard' and I'll see how reliable it is as I gig it.Good price too from Project Music Exeter.

Laney is some good stuff... it's just not as popular here.
I heard the new Laney 810 and it was awesome! thier pro tube head is a thing of wonder!

I'm thinking of buying one of these to replace my Behringer BXL1200. The option of converting it into a stack without having to spend mega-bucks is kinda attractive.
