Similar to my Fender Rig, I have the same head (Monster !) with an 810-pro and an additional 215 Pro (which is my small gig choice) .....Its great to see other Fender 300 owners and their rigs......

Cool, the cab you can just about see on the right is a fender 610pro which I was given for free when I bought the amp. I've never used it though as it has a blown speaker and I hav'nt got round to replacing yet.

Can I also add that Alex at Barefaced is amazingly helpful and all queries/questions are answered really quickly. So nice to feel you have full support from the guy who made your equipment.
I've got to grips with this rig now and it is a destroyer of planets. I am a very happy boy.

Are you running the LMTube you have sitting on top as a pre? Or is it not plugged in? I <3 both of those amps.

No I'm not using the LMtube as a pre. Its just there as I've been swapping backwards and forwards playing with tone possibilities. I love both these amps too!!!

I wish Barefaced had a U.S. distributor.

Or does he?

Call Don at LDS, If I'm not mistaken that's pretty darn close to two 3015(nonLF)'s in a correctly sized box.

Send them a message. You'll get a straight-up honest answer. Trust me, its worth asking!

Its nice to have someone like Barefaced in the UK 'cos names like Avatar and LDS are almost out of reach here without paying huge shipping/tax fees.

can you describe the difference in tone between both amps. I know they are apples and oranges but it's always nice to hear a dual comparison . . .

Beaury of a rig!! I just got a barefaced midget to accompany my compact. I do love the look of the vintage but like modular rigs. I bet that setup would destroy galaxies, let alone planets!!

My experience of alws customer service is the same as yours, first class and a top bloke. I went through severl changes of mind and multiple emails getting there and he made it easy and fun in the end. I absolutely love barefaced. They RAWK!!! Enjoy!

Lovely rig. Glad to see Barefaced getting more love. IMHO, he's pretty much making the best cabinets on the planet for bass guitar these days. Ultralight composite plywood, incredible bracing, and extremely thoughtful electronics and accurate tuning.

The clean tones of these amps are surprisingly similar, I agree with other posts that I've read that the LM II/III and LMtube (500w) are very 'tubey' and I am also in the camp that believes that the tube in the LMT can be heard and adds nicely to this. The tubes in the 300 definately bring out those richer harmonic qualities you get from a tube amp but the LMT is not that far behind. Its the perfect back-up for the 300. IMO
At high volume levels with the 300 you get that effect I love from tube amps where it feels to me like the sound of your amp/bass is trying to burst out of the speakers, something I'm yet to truley experience from a SS or hybrid.
Adding in the 'dirty' channel 2 on the 300 takes it into territories the LMT can't go to - further grind/chunk/overdrive and distortion though, if I'm honest, at high gain levels I find the 300s distortion too fuzzy and loose.

that's what I meant, and corrected... His big one is an LF with I believe a Feital mid driver. He also has 3012LF and 3012HO cabinets in his lineup, again, if I'm not mistaken. I'm also not sure whether he has modified OEM drivers, or off the shelf.

Awesome! Let us know how it sounds together. I'm so smitten with my vintage that I'm very interested to hear how his other cabs sound. I'm already eyeing a super 12 or Midget.
