| | Does this bass make my butt look big? | | Join Date: Jan 2012 Location: East Tennessee | | | I am in the same boat as the guys above as we live in an apartment. The Dually stays at rehearsal space. BRX 10.4 in my office at work. The Kilo, the Streamliner, the B15N w ext cab, and a BRX 210 are in the apartment, along with a pile of basses. I stash stuff wherever there is secure space in our lives.
We have storage too but there ain't no way any of my stuff is sitting in a non heated/air conditioned storage. Nothing like plugging in and having spiders crawl out of ports.........unless you're in a stoner/doom band.
Main practice rig at home is Laptop, GT-10B, Alesis Multimix4, and a set of headphones. Nothing like beebopping around like a mime in the living room. I'll post a pic.
If I really need some sexy tone, I plug in to the B-15N and then pout because I can't get the same sound out of a 1000 watt rig. And no, an SVT is just not the same.

Sounds great with my 15" cab as extension speaker but I will only be using it in my home office/studio.

Cheers. | Two glasses that close to the laptop et al makes me nervous. Especially since boats are not the stablest places |

Not to get controversial, but if god existed, and had a voice, it would sound like this. avatar neo 212 on the side gone for good. guitar amp gets turned on maybe twice a month - it was free so I don't mind holding onto it. Though I will admit, my bedroom is a garage...And if I can't get my hands on another diesel 1x15 I will be purchasing my first big rig in the next couple weeks. Not sure the v4b and 2 1x15s will keep up with the group I am going to be hooking up with so maybe a 6x10...4x12...8x10...v4b isn't going anywhere.

Bass amps are too rounded for me so I always play through guitar heads. I'm a little backwards at times! |
