I've got a Hartke 5500c head and am looking to pair it with a 2x15 cab, preferably less than 100 lbs.

Any suggestions?

The head is 500w @4 ohms, 380 @8.

Best-imo- Bergantino NV215, but you'd have to find a 2nd hand one as they stopped making them
Mark Bass make a neo-loaded CL1502 iirc

I have a VX215 that I've often used with a Hartke 3500 head and it sounds surprisingly good. I bought these used as a back-up rig and ended up gig'ing them more than anything else.

I had Jorg build me a custom 2x15, came in at 45 lbs.
I love it.

Check out Emperor. I think their 2x15 is well under 100 lbs and built top notch!

Their cabs look like a work of art and the prices are very reasonable.
