Groovers! This is not a "review"; more just an FYI. I needed a real small amplifier for the increasing number of restaurant/lounge-type gigs I'm doing lately, since I've grown tired of playing through distant Bose "Toobs" and playing too hard as a result. Something that sounded good with the upright as well as the electric and easy to carry. After playing through several different ones, I picked up the Line 6 Studio 110, and am happy to report, it is awesome. Plenty of volume for what I need it for. The amp models sound good and the knobs are real solid. Seems to be built well, too, as it fell a couple of feet from the back of my truck last night when it slipped out of the bungee, but worked flawlessly. More bells & whistles than I need, but that's OK. The XLR output is real quiet and passes a strong signal. I recommend this if anybody else has these requirements. Not terribly expensive, either.
