Little Bastard: How to open this head?

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a new Ashdown Little Bastard and I'd like to look at inside of the amp. It looks like I need to remove the amp chassis from the case to do so.

I'm a new tube head owner and not sure how to remove the chassis, so I'm looking for some advice on how to remove/slide out the chassis.

Here are a couple of pictures of the side and back of the amp. The picture of the side shows two screws, one by each of the bottom corner protectors. There are two identical screws on the other side. There are no screws on the bottom (except for the feet and corner protectors).

I'm guessing that you remove the two screws from each side of the amp and slide the chassis out.

Is that what you are seeing and where you would start? Thanks!
