Little Mark 250 black

Hy ! I'd like to know if anyone has tried the MarkBass baby amp ? I have a SA450 already and I'm very pleased. Though, it's a bit too big, so I'm thinking of getting something I can put in my backpack for smaller gigs and home practicing . As a cab I intend to use a Eden's EX 10"

The Black is their foray into eastern production, it is not Italian made, they do however make an Italian 250 watt head as well...

That's right. It's the only Mark amp which is not made in Italy. I have italyan LM250 and I like it. Not sure where these black ones are made, however usually first batch of imported eastern versions are good because the manufacturer tends to prove its liability.

Hm. Chinese made is not necessarily worse than Italian made.

If anything, this makes me consider the Black Line more.

I agree, not saying it is better or worse, just calling a spade a spade. I am interested to see if there are any differences between the black and regular versions other than the price.

I was at a store the other day that had every MarkBass micro head under the sun including the 250 Black Line at a killer price. Unfortunately, I had my three year old with me and she wouldn't have any of it. Otherwise I would've tried them all.
