I am considering upgrading from a little mark 11 to the little mark tube 800. I use a 1/15 markbass traveler cab together with a 2/10 traveler cab. Has anybody taken this route?. Any feedback would be appreciated

I used an LMII for quite awhile. I tried out the LMTUBE 800 and the SD800, between the two I much preferred the LMTUBE 800, as it was more similar in sound to the LMII. I still liked the LMII better and wound up returning the LMTUBE 800.

EDIT: The LMTUBE 800 was pretty nice though ....

Interesting. one would have thought that the tube 800 would have been a clear winner given its tube/solid state preamp and the extra headroom that 800 watts would offer. Guess it shows how good the little mark 11 is.

If you can get the 800 with the option of returning it, it could be worth a trial. As I said, it was a pretty nice amp and it may suit your needs perfectly. We all have our individual tone goals.

I will not have the option of returning it so I am hesitant about upgrading
