LittleMark 800 into 400W rated cab

LM800 is rated 500W at 8ohms, 800W at 4ohms. Cabinet I'm considering is 8ohms, 400watts.

I assume that I'll only have an issue overdriving the cab if I CRANK the LM800?

When I get another cab, 400W at 8ohm and run two of em in parallel... will I blow them?

I guess what I'm asking is do I need higher rated cabs for the LM800.

While there is no need to really match the power of an amp to a speaker cabs 'rated maximum power', in this case, if it actually mattered! you would be perfect.

500 or so watts from the LM800 into you high power handling 8ohm single cab, and 400 into each cab (half the 4ohm max power of the LM800) into each of your two 8ohm cabs). Perfect. Crank it up and enjoy!
