LMIII fan.?

So I just got my new amp.. It's LMIII.. Does the fan just turns on when the amp is getting hotter.? I can remember my LMII fan is always on.. So I'm wondering if this is a new feature or it's broken..

Probably a new feature. It probably just uses passive cooling until it needs to run the fan...

I'd love to try one of those out. Hows it sound?

Haven't tried it out yet my Berg HT112 will arrive tomorrow.. This fan still bugs me to death.. Anyone have answers.?

it only comes on when it gets hot. not a new feature...the lmii did it, too.

You know, you should try a search here about the issue. It wasn't that long ago that someone was posting that their Markbass fan wasn't coming on and it turns out the fan was actually unplugged inside the casing. Might be worth a look.
