I just picked up a BT-15 solid state head pretty cheap off of eBay. Would anyone happen to have a schematic and/or service information they would be willing to share?
Thanks!

| | | | i have one of these amps, had an issue, so i called LOUD...(ampeg) they searched and searched, and couldnt find any history of having produced it...lol
i called again just to make sure i wasnt talking to someone that didnt know anything and got the same results. i also never found any schematics on the interwebs. the lid should have a block diagram printed on it.
do you need to know anything specific..because i have fixed mine a couple times. |

Revision - Duh!!! I was thinking of MTI....I feel like an idiot.

i'd contact gregg from the ampeg book, mark. i'll bet he has a schematic.

| | | | all i was really getting at is that loud owns them now, and they are capable of supplying schematics for other older gear...you can find some of them on the website..
if the amp says ampeg..who else would you call, besides ampeg? especially if the other companies are gone. just the same, i have searched high and low for that same schematic, and have had no luck.
I am lucky to have a grandpa that is a retired EE, so when my amps break, if i cant figure them out, he can. |

Edit - actually it's pretty good quality. Zooms in well. Like I said, send over an email address and I'll send it your way.

I was able to locate him a couple of years ago when my B-15N needed some work. He's a really nice guy, but I'm not sure when he left ampeg. |

Unfortunately he had to retire last December and he sold his business. From the last few emails I've gotten from him I get the impression all his info went with the business.
