I am in NY and I am looking for a good combo amp that is not too expensive. I don't play anywhere that seats more than 150 - 200 people, so I don't think I need anything too big.
Any suggestions? Where do I start? What have you had success with? Thanks a lot!

Oh, and you can get a new one for about $350.

Check out the MB210 and MB212 also, along with the MB115. Depending on your volume needs, stage volume levels, and PA backup, that might sway you one way or the other.
Ive used my MB210 for gigs at smaller venues for almost a year and its been solid as a tank.

I picked up a MB112 a couple weeks back to practice and play with, I liked it and it was great but just wasn't enough with my band. I returned it and got a MB212, I now have plenty of power and with great sound. The MB212 is only 38lbs. Remember you can always turn down, but you can't turn up past max. |

They're more money, but I do love my Shuttle 6.0-12T combo.
The ability to remove the head and use it with a large cabinet is key for me.
And for the record, I owned a GK MB115 and it was great in it's own regard. I say you can't go wrong with either, but my preference is for the Genz.
