Looking for a good practice amp to go with what I play

My two primary basses are a 1983 Japanese Squire P-bass and a 1972 Gibson EB-0. Ideally, something that my Epiphone SG would sound good through as well would be awesome. My current rig (1980 Traynor 50-watt tube head into a Fender 2x15 cabinet) works great, but I need something that will sound decent without blowing out the house as well. Any suggestions?

It's your ears, so only you will know what sounds best. Go forth and play your basses through as many different bass amps/cabs as you can.

I like the tones outta LINE6. Had the 150 watt 1 12" and it was great for "bedroom" play.

Carvin has a pretty new line of combo amps. Carvin.com - Guitars, Amplifiers & Pro Audio: BX Micro Bass Amps

I have the BX250 head which is used in these and it is a super clean, quiet and versatile amp.

I have it's big bro (BX1200) as my main rig amp and both have performed flawlessly.
