looking for an inexpensive, but good 1x15 cab

I have decided to pick up a 1x15. I have limited resource, up to $300 (prefer to stay around $200 though) so I'm in the used market. Running either a Markbass LM2 or Genz Benz Shuttle 6.0 so I would like 300+ watts at 8ohms, or 500 at 4ohms. Any suggestions? I"ve been scouring the local GCs and Sam Ash's for something good. I came across a Peavey Tour 1x15 for a great price but it's a little big for my tastes.

Don't know how good it is, but a quick Google turned up this Hartke right in your price range, with your specs.

I bought a used Bag End 15" for around that price and it is the punchiest little 15" I could have ever asked for. I love it. Much more portable than most 15s. Carvin 15" cabs are dirt cheap used but were too "honky" sounding for me (VERY loud though).
