looking for settings for 7 band graphic equaliser

hi im looking for some settings for the 7 band graphic equaliser on my marshall mb150 bass state amplifier,i have tried the suggested settings in the manual and dozens of other conatations to no avail,im just looking for a solid sound that fills out a 3 piece band,ive spent hours moving sliders and twiddling knobs and i still cant quite get the sound im after,any help or pictures of settings would be greatly appreciated

Lightbulb Yup!

It will be room dependent, bass guitar dependent and your touch dependent mate, so you will have to get the best out of it yourself.
We cant really help much, Sorry!
But flat is a good place to start.

Have to agree with starting flat and then adding what you percieve to be missing and reducing what you percieve to be too much?
