lowdown studio: power amp protected?

Sign in to disble this ad
This may seem a very stupid question, however I have not found an answer in the web yet.
Can I destroy my lowdown studio's power amp by turning it up to much? Some amps seem to have protective circuits (heat, "square waves" etc.). Is the lowdown equipped with such circuits?
Thanks, for your help...

It's fool proof.

There's not a modern amp design around that doesn't have amp protection built in.

however, though the amp may be protected, your speakers are NOT. Always use common sense when pushing speakers hard.

And nothing is "fool proof". Although manufacturers try.
