| Mark Bass Tube vs Genz Benz Shuttle

I own a Shuttle 9 and its a great little amp, consistently good sound and very user friendly. At a gig the other day I had the opportunity to play through the other band's MB Tube (cant remember now if it was 500 or 800 watts) through the same model cab I've been using recently, an ampeg 410 svt. The MarkBass sounded fantastic as well, fairly similar sound to my shuttle, although it was hard to get a full read on the amp over a short set.
I'm wondering if anyone has used both amps and could weigh in on the pros and cons of each, what your ideal use for them is, etc... |
