Hello all,
Here are a few more words of praise for the CMD121P. There are many posts on this subject so I'll try to keep this short!
My rig of choice for small/med. venues is SD800 into Schroeder 1210R (4o) with good results. Bassists in the audience like my tone and the mix and all's well.
Myself and some friends hosted the local BluesJam last Wed. at Tenacious Bros. Pub in Grand Junction, CO and I'm struggling with a torn tendon in my left leg which makes load in/out quite difficult. My regular rig stayed home and I took my new (to me) MB combo and a spare XLR to go DI. We took the stage, at lower vol, with one guitard and by the first rotation, there were three plus an EUB. The CMD never went DI and the three other bassists, plus the other players, loved the vol and tone.
