Markbass AmpHead Through Mixer Question

Sign in to disble this ad
Hello everyone,

I have a Passive Bass which I plug into my small mixer in one channel and my computer into another for playing over the tunes from my computer's mp3 files with the bass through using headphones coming out from the mixer.

(*) The problem is that I don't like my sound of the bass when I tweak the mixer's Lo-Mid-Hi frequencies so I am thinking about purchasing a Markbass Little Mark III AmpHead without the Cabinets and use it between the bass and the mixer in order to tweak the frequencies from the MarkBass Little Mark III instead of the mixer's Lo-Mid-Hi.

Is it possible to use the MarkBass Little Mark III AmpHead's LINE OUT balanced XLR, max. voltage 20 Vpp into my mixer's LINE IN balanced XLR? So I could be able to tweak from the Little Mark III's Lo-Mid-Hi frequencies and listening to me over my mp3s from the computer via headphones which is connected to the mixer also?

This will work just fine.
