What is the reason it seems that almost every other day someone puts their LMII or LMIII on the classifieds? That has to say something about the little amp? Has anyone experienced issues with the amp, or is there a bunch of common issues with this little head?
Thanks a ton in advance!
Best regards,
Brooks

And at the prices and conditions they are selling for you can afford to try and sell. I also think there are a lot out there and what you see for sale is just a fraction of what's potentially available. I have a LM3 that I really like on so many levels. But, should my circumstances change and I can find the need for a Mesa M9 or something else then off the LM3 goes, hopefully in as perfect condition as it is right now. In my time here I have noticed that if an item has an issue it's not all that well hidden. In fact it's most likely been discussed to death, out in the open and sellers will make mention of it and/or it's rectification. I can't think there's any MB conspiracy going on here, just TBer's doing what TBer's do so well. I also know it's a damned fine product and very reliable for what I can tell.

Sound is decent, but I don't want to lug a 410 and a 115 around to gigs to get that sound. I was looking into the TC Electronic RH450, one of my favorite bass players Janek Gwizdala got me very interested in it, and apparently everyone loves it. I just can't decide which is better the LM series or the RH 450.....NEW THREAD TIME!
Thanks a lot guys,
Brooks

Cabs and heads are two totally different things, as I am sure you well know. Have you tried a couple Mesa/Boggie 2x12s? Or any of the BFM/Greenboy DIY cabs? I think even Avatar has a fEarful/earful designed cab, the 153 if I remember correctly, that is a good price and will blow your ears off! What do you have for a head right now? Cheer, Brother.

Absolutely no issues whatsoever and it had a great tone with a number of different cabs - Bergantino, Epifani, Schroeder, etc. I did sell it earlier this year and as said earlier, just to explore something new that was getting a lot of buzz. It's very likely that my current setup is not my last either
