I play in a band that play classic rock, some motown/r & b and some blues. I played out last weekend and thought I would try my backup cab for the night. The club was smaller and I did not have pa support. The sound was very impressive coming out of the little cab. I have been using my 8 ohm TB 153 for everything up to that point. My question is what is the opinion of this cab and would it be worth while to add a second one. My amps are the mb fusion and a little mark III. It definitely would make for easy transport. Also with two I could run either amp at 4 ohms. I have pa support when needed. I do think the TB 153 is a great cab and am satisfied with it. Thoughts?

You seem to be in the best position to answer the questions you raise.
But, I s'pose you're after other's opinions.
I don't have any experience with the cab, but have not heard a bad thing said about it. & I agree, 2 of the li'l cabs would be a great 'little stack'.
I, too, will be interested in other's views.

I tried one briefly at my local GC, very impressive little cab....two of them would rock out, for sure.

I have the NY 604 cab. I haven't gigged it yet because I just got it a short while ago. I drive it with an LM II head. I'm impressed with what it can do and I was motivated to buy it after listening to a band that a friends son was in. The bass sounded awesome but we had a bad sight line. When I checked out his rig, the bass player had an LM 12" combo amp. I couldn't believe it was cutting through so well without PA support and this band was LOUD. So when I had the chance to get the LM gear I got, I grabbed it.

Good idea. I imagine 2 would be a great 'mini-stack'.

I run either my GK MB Fusion my GB Streamliner with two of them. I love the sound. With or without pa support, depending on the gig and he transport doesn't get any easier. Thanks for the input.
