What are the differences between Markbass' digital power amp and analog power amp? Thanks.

Not much, really. I think the term "digital" poweramp, effects, etc, gets thrown around alot without good reason. Maybe marketing. Can I assume it's a class D amp?, 'cause that's not really digital. As far as poweramps go, they all do the same thing: amplify a signal sent from a preamp. Nothing more.

I think what they really mean is class A/B and class D.

MB class A/B amp sounds very different from a MB class D amp.

For example the LM Tube is class A/B, but the LM Tube 800 is class D.

Most MB amp are using SMPS so they are all light weight.

I think it was Kjung that did some a/b'ing . . . search it out, I read it in a few threads here on TB. iirc the digital power amp was a little darker and the analog had a little more snap.
