MarkBass R500

I own MarkBass amp Little Mark 2, and MarkBass cab traveler 2x10". I have some options to change my Little Mark 2 for MarkBass R500. When i look at amp spec, all diferences i can see is that R500 have a tube preamp. But, i also heard that LM2 (and LM3) works better than R500. Does anybody own R500? Can you tell me is it better to keep LM2 or to buy R500? I play bass in some metal bands, and LM2 works very very nice for me, but if the R500 is better solution for that kind of music (and for recording), please let me know. Cheers!

If the LM2 is working well for you, why make a change? It's a great little amp.

Because of tube preamp. Wouldn't be better sound, warmer, better for recording and stuff..?
