Marshall Cab Problems

Sign in to disble this ad
ive had my Marshall MBC 410 just under a year and it was barely used until about 3 weeks ago, mid jam it just died? i don't know what's wrong with it, the horn sometimes works if you jiggle the switch but the speakers are silent, sometimes it kicks back to life momentarily but then cuts out again, its not my head or my bass or even the speaker cable ive checked all of those and there fine.

contacted Marshall about it last week but i got no response?
i contacted via email through the support section on there web page, i have the extended warranty and want to use it to get this fixed. its the second time one of these has broke. first time was a crappy courier damaging one. are there any other ways to contact marshall? wanna get this sorted so i can sell up for something more.. efficient in size, volume and tone

cheers

Marshall Number

Hey James

I've emailed them a couple of times and got responses.
I believe they took a few days to respond.
This may be their Milton Keynes number:
01908 375411

good luck
Graham
