Marshall MB450h+avatar 410 neo=what?

Sign in to disble this ad
I am seriously considering getting a Marshall MB450h. Is there anyone out there using it with an avatar 410 neo? I have the avatar and I am afraid that I will be underpowering the cabinet. Considering the avatar is rated at 1000 watts and the marshall only puts out 300w @ 4ohms. I would feel better about pulling the trigger on the amp if I got some solid user feedback.

Cheers!!

300W powers an ampeg 810 just fine. Why worry?

Thanks for the reply, I was thinking about that. I swear, I can't make a purchase without a legitimate effort into talking myself out of it...LOL.

I run mine with two 4 ohm 2x10 s and run the full 450.
you could get another 2x10 4ohm cab to go with your existing cab and run at full output if you want.
you might be able to rewire cabinet to run at 2 ohm though.
