MB2-500 vs MB-500?

Sign in to disble this ad
So I just bought an MB-500. I got a manual for an MB2-500 in the box. I've been lurking around the GK site and today was the first day that I could find a manual that mentions the limiter switch on the top.

My amp has the limiter switch, so I have the MB=500 right?

Is there a difference between the mb and the mb2? Which came out first? Thanks in advance.

MB2-500 came out first. It had a bunch of design issues. The MB500 replaced it.

I just bought a MB500 a couple weeks ago and it came with an MB500 manual. Strange how that works.
