Yes.

But not probably as well as you would want. Bigger cabs that handle more power tend to be less sensitive, so they won't get as loud. That's the trade off for power handling.

I say get the 500 for that cab. Or get a 2x10 cab instead.

A buddy of mine has one of those micro Markbass amps and runs an SVT cab with it. I don't think you'll get *L*O*U*D* with it, but it will work. Of course, what's the point in schlepping an SVT cab unless you want to get crazy loud...?
