me-50b wont dual out, whats wrong?

Whats up guys, ive got a Boss me-50b and im trying to send the signal to 2 separate Mesa Impulse 600 amps. It will send the signal out of both the left and the right outputs separately but cuts out one of them when i try to send it to both amps.

Any ideas? i thought this was the entire reason for left and right outputs

Anyone? i know some of you guys have used this unit

I use my left output to a DI box and the right output to the amp, that has always worked for me.
