Hi TB,
I just bought a Mesa Boogie powerhouse 810 and the small roller blade wheels are broken... Do you know if this part is under the 5 years garanty?
Thanks

Should be. Give em a call, or take it back to the store that sold it to you for an exchange.

I believe they're covered under warranty... I expect I'll be replacing mine before the year's up - those little wheels support a great deal of weight, and steps are rough on them...

I'd be willing to bet Mesa knows.

I don't know if they're covered, but they're cheap to replace.
Last week I broke one of the skate wheels on my Powerhouse 810, so I called Mesa and orderd two new wheel assemblies, and they're only $12 bucks each.

I was disappointed to see the oringal set of wheels are mostly hollow ('06 cabinet). I have no idea if the new ones are updated to a sturdier compound, but if there's a next time that this happens again, I'm going to a sporting goods store and get solid 'real' inline skate wheels to put on the Mesa brackets.

If they are the same as the ones in the m6/Ph212 combo they should. I bought my combo 2nd or 3rd hand without a receipt and got replacement wheels and they gave me a warrantee from the point it left the factory to 5 years later, which left me with 1.5 years. He seemed fairly hesitant about giving me the wheels for free though so maybe not... either way Mesa has really solid support that is a force to be reckoned with.

Even if they aren't mesa is usually pretty good about stuff like that as long as they have spare parts. The singer from my cover band got our guitarists triple rec stuck under the front of her car leaving rehearsal one night (was dark out and he had it next to him as he was loading up his truck). It was dragged a few feet and pretty much wore the rubber feet down to a nub. Mesa sent out free replacements.

Like others have said just call Mesa up. I have talked to rep's in their parts department many times for wheels and corner protectors. If you just bought it then it should be covered if not by Mesa/Boogie, then should be covered by the store you purchased it from you would think.

That's cool - they've hooked me up a couple of times, too...
