Is $300 a good price for one of these? Thinking of checking one out anything I should look for that would make it a buy or not?

YES that is a good deal. Even if it doesn't work, it's worth buying and repairing.

YES, great price- BUT, it should still probably go in for a complete check up. Even if you spent another $300 on it, it's still a great deal, and a great amp. Is this the 210 wedge or 115?

That's a smokin deal, nice ones are usually in the $500/$700 range.

I miss mine sometimes, but as heavy as it is, I never took it out of the house, and it's quite alot of amp for just home practice. Punchy clean monster, with depth and warmth- pairs well with either a 115 or 210 Deisel cabs, and will cover all but the loudest non PA situations. You got a great deal, but I'd still advise you to have it looked at by a competent tech just to be sure everything's perfect.

It's the 2x10 non wedge version talked to the guy today. He said it was used in church and he is actually selling it for a friend that told him to get what he could so I'm gonna see if he will go lower.

AFAIK- there was a head only, the 210 wedge, and a 1x15 "normal" combo. Never heard of a non-wedge 210 Buster. (?)

Yeah, it's definitely a wedge and a steal @ $300. The speakers look like they may have a bit of an issue though..... hope I'm wrong!

It's a wedge combo, and it's not only heavy, but very strangely balanced and a pain to move around. HOWEVER - $300 is a steal - you could have the "head" converted from the combo and still come out with a good deal. BUY IT!

Yup, thats a steal and a half! Even if it didn't work- these are easy amps for a tech to work on.

Just checked it out turned it on no buzzing or noises. Played it a bit pretty loud and clean sounding but does have some speaker issues. They were repaired
or something and not very good there is a little noise if you play low notes sounds like a speaker is torn not bad but it is there. I asked the guy about going lower since the speakers were messed up he is gonna call the owner and see. I would probably take the amp out and use it for a head but it would have been nice to have some intact speakers to sell.

Wanted to buy that buster in WACO but..

But I called the guy (there were two of them so I might get mixed up) but one guy decided to keep his and the other guy was going to ship it to me but his son sold it - MAYBE TO YOU! Good luck. i just bought the 1x15 version but I was seeking the 2x10 version.

Did you end up buying it??
