Mesa M9 in a rack question

Sign in to disble this ad
This might be a stupid question but better safe than sorry.

I resently bought a Mesa M9 carbine that I'm going to place in a rack. Would it be best practice to leave an empty space above the amp for ventilation?

Probably not a problem as long as what is above it does not produce a lot of its own heat.
I have a rack tuner above my mesa m6. The tuner is only a few inches deep so it doesn't cover much of the Mesa and it doesn't create heat. I have never had a problem with that set-up.
