Okay guys I think I finally found what I'm looking for, although the price is still painful.

I wanted to know if any of ya'll could clarify for me, what if ANY are the differences between these two? I can't seem to find a damn thing different

Your right.. there is NO difference except appearance

Yeah, it's just the grill. The vintage has the cloth and the powerhouse has that aluminum grill.

the price might seem painful, but they are on a par with any cab you can buy. IMO a very good value.
