Metal bass amplification settings help

Hi,
I was just wondering whether anyone could help me in getting a bass amp setting that will give my bass a sounds like that of in many metalcore/ screamo bands? Im thinking of getting a sound used by bassists in bands such as The World Alive and Motionless In White.

Just guessing, you have a combo amp, and want it to sound bigger? Fact is- there is no "metal eq setting". It's all about power, and enough speakers to handle that power.
