Per the above, for your tone goals and that particular cab, I would consider the Shuttle 9.2 for that cab versus the very fat, smooth, big, tubey sounding Streamliner.
For 'out of the box' wonderfulness, the Markbass LMIII is amazing. Warm, very neutral, nice and loud, very reliable.
Since you are using a GK cab, the GK MB500 is also an option. Loud, big and aggressive sounding (bright and a bit grindy up top).
Slap, jazz and blues, which to me indicates a warm but very clean head with nice 'non harsh' treble extension and good control of the upper mids (that 'gank' zone in slap), the Markbass Big Bang and LMIII would be my choice.
