Micro or Minimark? Anyone out there use either of these amps? I checked out the micromark sounded great and pretty loud. Could I hear myself over a drummer using the micromark? I really just need it to act as a monitor for myself. |
I wouldn't think you'd be able to hear a Micromark over a drummer. It's a 50w amp with an 8" speaker. But I suppose that depends how loud the drummer plays. Mine? No friggin' way. |
The Minimark can do the job depending on how loud your drummer is and what type of venue. Mine has been great and with a small extension cabinet is quite amazing, really. :bassist: |
Yes I figured the mini would work. I was going to go amp free. Sansamp bass driver an a monitor but I was thinking this might be better. |
You'll need a micro drum(mer). |
He's not a micro drummer but he does think that if the bass amp is on then the bass is too loud. |
An octabass may help then :) |

The headphone out sounds great, too, with my Sennheiser HD280 pro phones, so that could be an option for you, with the DI going to the PA. |
