| | | Here's my micro rig. 5 watts of pure class A tube tone. This little head works great with one or two 112 cabs and it actually powers my 810 quite impressively.
Its a fabulous smppth overdriven tone. For $99 USD, it cvant be beat.

I like to mess with effects on the trumpet so I use a TC Helicon Voice create which can plug right into the microphone channel and my VT Bass pedal will plug into the Line in.
This is a small 19 lb powered PA speaker with 800 watts class D, 8 inch woofer and compression tweeter. It has a built in mixer so I can plug in a microphone and Bass at the same time (This could be really good with an acoustic Bass) and it mixes the two inputs to an output XLR. So I can use it as a monitor and send the same signal to the house PA. I figure this will give me a pretty good representation of what I sound like in the mains and the house subs can fll in the bottom. This speaker rolls off -3db at 60Hz.
Mine was on back order from Music 123, but it should be here on Monday. Too bad I will be on a business trip all week. I'll take some picture and post a review when i get back. http://pro-audio.musiciansfriend.com...ker?sku=423344 |

Incidentally...way to resurrect a dead thread.....
